“Very good value for our first time in Dublin.
This place is modern and bright and our room was very satisfactory and on the third floor (no elevator). It was a dorm room and we had bedding, pillows, towels , even tiny shampoo, soap, lotion to go with the tiny bathroom.
Plenty of storage: wardrobe, drawers, desk, lamp, big window (didn’t open wide for obvious reasons), shelves in room and bathroom.
The floor below us had a kitchen lounge, well appointed. We made use of the iron and ironing……

“Fantastic location. Shops, restaurants, and the River Liffey within a few minutes walk.
Keyless entry to the apartment, using an app, was convenient.
The balcony was nice.
Having a washer was good.
The apartment smelled very fresh when we opened the door, however, the place could use an overall refresh. There were stains on the sofa, in the bathtub and mold on the bathroom ceiling.
There was outside music and noise up until 3 am each morning, but given the location, we expected this.……

“This location was perfect for 5 adults. We walked everywhere so the location was very central. There is an Aldi avross the street for groceries and we had an emergent need for a suitcase and there was also mall across the street.
There is no AC so plan accordingly. ”

“On check-in day, I could not get a response from the property owner. One hour after check-in time the property owner canceled my reservation and we were left out in the cold, 42 degrees. I had a day tour was start early morning, so the suggested a breakfast to go, really impressive!
Room is comfortably, enough space for solo trip, bath area is a bit small but clean
Room night is really humanity, but they use light sensor system in the corridor, it's a bit dark and not so sensitive, recommended to adjust the timer maybe 1 more min lasting, safety and environmental friendly is both important!
Light Rail & supermarket & bar & restaurant all surrounded hotel within walkable minutes
