It was ok

When I travel I usually don't spend much time in the room. The room was good and had everything I needed. Since the front desk is not manned except 8am - 2pm if something happens or you need anything it is hard. I was arriving after the hours of check in and I sent a message a few days before but I didn't receive a response until after I called the day of arrival. Breakfast was croissant, cake, fruit, and yogurt. I asked the front desk if she could call a taxi for me and the taxi never arrived, which is not the hotels fault.

Comfortable but bad area.

The room itself was one of four created out of a residential apartment. Nicely done, functional, well maintained, clean and lovely staff. No complaints whatsoever about the helpfulness of staff or the actual apartment. The location was its main let down. Very rough and unloved part of the city, filthy streets and down & outs everywhere. Felt very uncomfortable on a personal security basis coming and going. That side of things alone, sadly, we wouldn’t return. Additionally, as mentioned, it was in a residential block, as such you can’t really make a fuss about external factors caused by residents. However, the apartment upstairs clearly had one or more hyperactive children. They had solid floors and every single night for a couple of hours and early morning , the kid sounded like they were doing shuttle runs in clogs. The noise was truly terrible and impossible to get to sleep, this racket went beyond midnight. Overall happy with everything that was within the control of the provider. External factors massively let it down.

A estadia foi ótima, quarto e banheiro bem limpinho, confortável, tem uma boa proteção acústica, não se ouve barulho externo. Pequeno café da manhã incluso. Recomendo.

Signora tutti fare gentilissima, si occupa di pulire, servire la colazione ed è un pezzo di pane. Tutto sommato la nostra esperienza è stata gradevole grazie a lei. Consiglio per i proprietari, sarebbe opportuno trovare un aiuto per la signora che è bravissima a fare tutto da sola, ma forse sarebbe più giusto così

Helt OK overnattingssted i en belastet del av byen

Selve overnattingsstedet er relativt nyoppusset og fint, men det ligger i en svært belastet del av byen. Det lå søppel over alt på gatene, og var generelt svært skittent. Vi følte oss noe utrygg i området. Sluket på badet er plassert høyere enn gulvet, noe som førte til at vann fra dusjen rant utover gulvet på badet og inn på soverommet, da dusjdørene tydeligvis ikke var tett. Det var ikke kjøleskap på rommet, noe som var skuffende. Helt greit og pent overnattingssted, men det anbefales likevel ikke pga. området det ligger i.
