Even though it was just the two of us this house would be so great for a larger group. It’s really spacious and open and set up really well. The home is tucked away in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. My husband and I spent time on the screened in porch drinking our coffee and listening to the birds. The house was clean and well stocked and completely met our needs. We were able to cook some meals in the home and not have to eat out every day. We also had a few popcorn nights while watching tv in the loft. Kroger and Walgreens are literally right up the street. And the owner was extremely easy to communicate with. We were even able to check in an hour early. The home is located n a quiet golf community about 15 minute drive from Nashville. The home was nicely laid out, very comfortable, and well stocked. The only issue we had was the outside patio had not been cleaned. It’s a very quaint, quiet area we were looking forward to using. I texted the lender and got a response right away. Not only did they come and clean it themselves, but the owner also bought us dinner for the inconvenience. Total class and we really appreciate it. I would definitely recommend this property. Enjoyed the two living rooms which gave our grandsons 5 yrs old twins and 3 yr old places to play. There wasn’t any games for them so ordered the magnetic tiles that arrived the next day. We brought 3 puzzles for them and one trip to Walmart.. The boys had fun playing in the back yard and taking walks around the neighborhood. Loved the fact that the 4th bedroom gave them their own room. Several days it turned cold so the house was large enough for 8 people to spread out. The driveway was the steepest we have ever seen. Kept the least used car in garage, any other car made sure rocks were under tires while parked with parking brake. Neighbor up the street stated cars along road have been hit because of curve. Easy to get around the neighborhood and quick to grocery. One of our trips was a quick drive East, over the bridge to state park. Such a wonderful view with rock cliffs along the river. The place was in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to the airport and grocery store. The only downside that we were warned about before booking was that there is no street parking and the driveway was a steep incline. After a couple of days we figured out a way to sort of give our brakes a rest and made it work for us. we parked the second car up the drive way at an angle as to took some of the strain off the transmission and brakes when releasing the emergency brake. A skilled driver would know what to do and how to do it. It was also close to a grocery store, so we were able to stock up on snacks and coffee when we arrived. It was just a couple miles from our sports facility and the shopping and food amenities are in very close proximity. The kids really enjoyed riding their bikes in the neighborhood and even discovered a local snapping turtle! Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The only recommendation I have to all homeowners of rental properties Is that they provide slightly more toilet paper when accommodating larger groups as well as some very basics: bread, milk, coffee. This house had no coffee and we got in after midnight Wednesday night. It would have been nice to wake up Thursday morning to coffee and toast. We didn’t have time to go to the grocery store to prepare ourselves for that Thursday morning so we ended up at Starbucks. After that, Kroger‘s was right down the street and the house had everything we needed to cook up great meals. The loft space above was perfect for the kids and the bedrooms were cozy and quiet. The Red House was bright and the screened patio made morning coffee time serene. ##### Allison A. ### 8/10 还可以 #### Summer C. 2019 年 6 月 10 日 #### Girls trip The house was clean..the upstairs sitting area is where we hung out at night it is very close to down town and the airport making Uber affordable.. the drive way and walk way are steep but did not find that to be an issue...for the price we rented for the house was perfect there are parts that are outdated but that didn’t bother us at all.. they leave a nice notebook telling you how to use things and menus to close restaurants if u want to order in. I would stay here again!!! And for the comment previously put on her about the upstairs room being hot if u turn on the wall u it I. It was a nice distance from downtown and near several beautiful state parks. The house itself was not great for the money we spent. We had plenty of space. It was not very clean and the house needs a bit of work. The kitchen faucet constantly ran, one of the burners on the stove didn't work, the carpet in the bedrooms had stains, the TV has white dots I. The screen and the garbage cans in the garage where completely full when we arrived.
