"Nice room at a nice price in a nice location. One issue was that the email they sent had the wrong booking number so we couldn’t use the kiosk to check in. Fortunately, the front desk was open at the time even though the email said it wouldn’t be at that time. "

"The receptionist was not at all welcoming and simply asked for our names, handed us a key, and told us how to get to the room. The receptionist who handled check out was not very friendly either. The room was large, had a nice view from the window and generally the facilities were OK. The chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable, unstable, and need replaced. The noise insulation between rooms is non-existent. We could hear music being played next door and even the conversation of the other guests. I would not stay here again"
