Overlooking the Simpson Bay lagoon, this charming newly renovated apartment is fully air-conditioned. On the main level of the open floor plan, there is the living area, dining area, the kitchen, a half bathroom and a work/desk area.

The bedroom and bathroom are accessible by an interior staircase.
