For starters, you’ll be staying in the desirable Mercer community, where guests will enjoy a plethora of exciting onsite amenities such as a resort-style pool, entertaining bar & grills, covered lounge, and yard games. You’ll be within a short distance to the area’s best attractions such as the picturesque Comal River, the adrenaline-pumping Schlitterbahn Waterpark, and the downtown area with its rich German heritage and charming Bavarian-style architecture. Of course, no visit to Texas would be complete without indulging in some authentic barbeque, of which the city boasts an array of joints serving up the finest smoked meats and traditional southern sides. This will be an experience you’ll remember for a lifetime.

Inside the home, the open floorplan fosters connectivity with loved ones, a brightly lit space for relaxation, entertainment, and everything in between. Sink into plush sofa and armchair seating in the living room while you stream that new movie you’ve been saving on the smart TV. Steps away, the sleek kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy quartz countertops, and dark grey cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. A high-top dining table seats the whole crew for mealtimes light or large or break out a deck of cards and host a spontaneous game night filled with fun and laughter. Early risers will love the opportunity to take their fresh cup of coffee out onto the balcony, soaking in the fresh air while you make plans for the next exciting day ahead.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between a private bedroom and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a full size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle, with additional parking on community surface lots as needed.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security doorbell camera, mounted on the main entrance and actively monitoring the walkway to the door.

Visitors can explore the Historic District, featuring buildings and landmarks from the city’s early days. The Comal River is a popular destination for tubing, swimming, and kayaking. Visitors can rent tubes, kayaks, and other watercraft from local outfitters, or take a guided tour of the river.

Located just outside of New Braunfels, the Natural Bridge Caverns are a fascinating geological wonder where visitors can take a guided tour of the underground caves and learn about their formation and history. Landa Park is a 51-acre park located in the heart of New Braunfels. Visitors can enjoy hiking and biking trails, playgrounds, picnic areas, and a mini-golf course. With its rich history, natural beauty, and unique culture, New Braunfels is a one-of-a-kind destination that’s sure to leave a lasting impression.

HOUSE RULES:
• The pool closes at 10pm, and the complex observes quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
• Glass is strictly prohibited in all outdoor common areas, including the outdoor kitchen/grill area, pool, dog run, and ping pong area. Violations may incur a fine.
• The Guest Parking Pass will be located inside the unit. Guests must park in the designated spaces and display the parking pass in their vehicle's windshield at all times within the complex. Vehicles parked incorrectly or without a displayed pass risk being towed. The parking pass must be left inside the unit upon departure. Not returning the parking pass may lead to a replacement charge.
