“The house was spacious, clean and comfortable, as well as convenient to Dollywood and the Smoky Mountains. The crate provided and enclosed yard was ideal for our 17 lb dog. The house was located far enough off main roads to be quiet and walkable with our dog. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking with plenty of dishes, glassware, pots, crock pot, blender, rice cooker, toaster for cooking. The washer and dryer were large and clean. The owner was responsive and helpful when a bad storm……

“At westgate there is plenty to do without leaving the resort its self. However the water park was closed the while we stayed, 1/2 the reason I chose to stay at westgate, they never offered any money back towards our stay for the water park being closed. There are 2 other pools your able to go to. However if you do not enjoy being splashed, hit, or ran over by childern and other guest, I would stay away from them. The zip line was closed as well, opened the last day we stayed. The putt putt……

“Love the whole entire concept! My grandson who loves trains was in HEAVEN! All the little details in the train and outside were absolutely perfect!!! If there was a negative it would be that the back area isn’t completely fenced in. When you have small kids close to that busy road it’s dangerous BUT the train, the cleanliness, accessibility and easy check in/out was on point!!! WAY TO GO!!!”
