NYC never sleeps

Room was new and clean Location in the Bronx a bit of a rough neighborhood Major complaint was ice machine was broken with no ongoing effort to repair Staff was friendly My digital key failed a couple times Relatively quiet Air conditioning was good Location near Yankee stadium was handy

Not the cleanest area. Called 10-mins ahead to see if there was parking available, we were told there was some available. We got to the hotel - no parking and entrance to lot was blocked by large group of people. Would not recommend.

Cancelled my reservation, said they reserved space at another hotel and when I got there the hotel was never contacted by Sleep Inn. Called sleep in and they said they would straighten everything out and I never heard from the again. Worst service ever

I am so unbelievably angry and frustrated with my experience at this hotel. We had initially reserved our stay three weeks prior, we live in upstate NY so we drove 9 hours to get to this hotel. TWO HOURS before check in time they called us, just one time, to tell us that they would have to cancel our three night stay due to an inspection at the hotel. The lady very rudely told me that we would be “allowed” to stay that night at the hotel but at 9 AM we would have to leave. This completely baffled me, and I was left even more bewildered when they refused to refund us for our full stay. Perhaps the only positive thing i am able to say is that the rooms are very big compared to NYC standards, however the floors were not mopped and the towels had blonde hair all over them. But the customer service is atrocious. There were two individuals at the front desk, one lady and one man, both who were extremely dismissive and rude. At one point the next morning before we left I went to ask for our breakfast, that was INCLUDED in our stay, and the lady rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed while packing a brown paper bag of a rotten apple and dollar tree snacks. I wish i was joking. This entire experience was a living hell and if i could rate my experience -10 i would in a heartbeat.

Good value for the money. Very clean room and stocked with all the essentials we needed. Air conditioning worked well even on a very hot day. Received a bagged breakfast which was a nice extra. Close to the NY Botanical Garden. The only con was the very small parking area at the rear of the hotel - it was completely full when we arrived. Luckily we were able to find on street parking and it was free. The neighborhood looks a bit run down but it was quiet and seemed safe enough for a big city neighborhood. I would stay here again next time I'm in the area.

We stayed here because it was highly rated and close to the places we wanted to visit. Our first room smelled like ciggs and food so we kindly asked for another room and the front guest was quick to make the change. The second room was a lot nicer and cleaner. There's a huge tv with all of the streaming channels loaded, the AC worked great, and the bathroom was clean. We did not experience the turndown service so we had to use used towels for our second day, which was disappointing as the room wasn't cleaned. Other than that, we would stay here again.

Brand new facility, walking distance to Little Italy and an easy drive to the zoo and botanical garden. Room was on the small side but clean and comfortable. Free on site parking. Neighborhood is typical Bronx!!

It was quiet. Lady at the front desk was very helpful and polite. Because of her I stayed an extra day. It says none smoking and that was what drew me to this place. However trying to sleep with smells of weed was not what I was looking forward to. But I am sure that was not the hotels fault.

I never even made it to the hotel to stay for the night I booked. My husband and I were in an accident and were unable to make ot to the state the hotel was in. I was charged for my stay before even being able to arrive at the property. I was not issued a refund due to a ridiculous policy that is absolutley absurd.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel this was my first time staying here the hotel is very nice and The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Every staff member I encountered with from the front desk to the cleaning staff were delightful. the front desk Neha was very pleasant I will differently stay again.
