There were dirty socks on the floor, hair in the shower, scuff marks on the bedding, etc. When we emailed customer service we got a response that was clearly written by AI. Front desk not one smile! Didn’t feel welcomed at all by the lady that was working the front desk! Beds, terrible. The only great thing about that place was George and housekeeping staff. I stayed next to what seemed a playground. Kids yelling all day next to room 3025
