Immaculate property. Absolutely wonderful, I plan to book again. My only complaints are: host is unwilling to move check in/check out times, both of which are downright silly. Check in is 5pm (ouch) and check out is 10 am (ouch). That sucks kind of a lot when you’re trying to have a relaxing vacation. I also felt disconnected from the host, it’s a very corporate kind of “automated message system” sort of communication with them. I’ve had hosts in the past message me directly, interfacing with me as a guest in a way that made me feel more welcome, and as if my trip mattered more. But with this host, you’ll be redirected to their own website and forced to agree to their own terms after you’ve already paid. So you pay for the rental of the property and then only after do you see the terms. Now, all that being said, this is the most beautiful and immaculate property with the best amenities that I could ever dream of. I plan on booking again. I wish this property was owned by a person and not a larger scale business that owns and manages properties with multiple property managers. All in all, 9/10
