Super cute house! Very close to restaurants and stores... you are across the street from a lovely little beach. Unfortunately there is also a public restroom on that beach and it is right across the street from the house. This attracted some interesting beach goers.

Beautiful House-Great Location

I wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was great! The home was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. Loved the front patio with the heaters. Marina view! The strand and pier was a block away.

Great Beach Location!

This is a great place right by the beach in Newport. Perfect location and view. We were all adults but it would be perfect for families with littles also.

Perfect in Every Way

The house is darling - including lots of great design elements - and very comfortable. Everything you need and more is all right there - including a beach across the street. Thank you for providing a home away from home that is welcoming and well cared for. Thanks to the host for making check in and out easy.

Amazing property!

I stayed here with my adult daughter and it couldn’t have been more perfect for us. The location was great with the beach so close and it’s tucked away on a quiet street. The property was so clean and well appointed. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Girls getaway

Very nice property, close to everything and most within walking distance. Love the fact you could walk to the beach and didn’t have to waste time looking for a parking spot.

The home is close to The Lighthouse for yummy breakfast and a quiet little beach. Beware, no AC, but fans and ocean breeze were fine.

Convenient location, great decor, easy check in, quiet area.

Really nice, newly remodeled property with 2 bathrooms…one with a shower and one with a tub. Easy to walk anywhere. The lighthouse restaurant is just down the beach and has amazing food. Quiet beach is across the street.

Perfect Place to stay in Newport Beach

Property was updated and clean. check in and check out process was easy and simple. All appliances and amenities worked. Description of the place was spot on and the location was perfect. The back bay is peaceful and quite. Definitely will stay here again!

Awesome Location

The property was awesome and looked just like the pictures. I would recommend this unit to friends. It was close to everything and we loved having the dock so close to us. As a family we plan on coming back very soon!

Perfect for young kids

Impeccable home with a fantastic large porch for sitting outside (and de-sanding everyone). So easy to walk across the street with the provided sand toys to the beach or playground — we couldn’t get the kids to go anywhere else! We would absolutely stay here again. One note: we stayed in the winter, and the heater is so loud that it woke the kids up at night, so keep your sound machine turned up.

Nice stay.

Very clean with modern decorations. Quiet neighborhood with nice outdoor patio area. Location was within walking distance from beaches on bay and sea side. Also close to Newport Pier with shops and restaurants. Some updates are needed for the air conditioner and security locks/bars to leave windows/sliders on ground level cracked for night time air flow. All in all we had a very nice stay and would stay again.

Best Birthday Trip

We came to Cali for our sons 5th birthday trip. It was the best spot for easy access to the beach. Mostly quiet except for our neighbors next door as soon as it got dark. Beach party life so that's OK. Host was very accommodating for our early arrival. We will definitely book again!

Exceeded our expectations!

If we could live here we would! It was absolutely wonderful. Everything was better than we expected. Perfect location, literally 10 steps and you are in the sand. We had our children 10 and 3 with us and the park at the beach (right across the street) was perfect for them to play at while my husband and I enjoyed the sunshine. We rented bikes and rode around the island. Great restaurants are close by (make sure you check out the Crab Cooker!). Previous to this we were in Maui at the Fairmont in a villa, we would hands down take this place any day over that. It was wonderful, we will definitely be back!

Excellent Accommodations

What a nice place to stay. The location was awesome and a very close walk to the beach and many good restaurants. The property is very clean with all updated amenities. In addition to a really nice kitchen the owner has furnished with high end appliances, cookware, knives, plates and silverware. It certainly adds to the charm of the place when you can cook a few meals with great cookware (in our experience many rentals furnish with cookware that looks like it was purchased at a 2nd hand store and seen better days!). The patio was also well furnished and we enjoyed hanging out in the morning and evenings outside. The owner has thought of many details that added to our enjoyment, such as beach towels and beach chairs that could be borrowed. Many little touches made this vacation one of our favorite and we are hopeful we can stay again when we return to the area!

Very nice rental! Amazing deal.

You won't be disappointed with this rental! To start, upon arrival the house was very clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen/cleaning supplies, and just about everything you would need throughout your stay. The appliances were industry quality Jenn Air that I wish I had in my house. Goes to show you how much effort the owners put into making sure you have a great stay. The location was fantastic. Very close to the bay and ocean side beach. Restaurants, bars, and the Balboa pier in close walking distance. There is a park with basketball courts and play area for the kids a block away. Even though there is a coffee pot in the house I enjoyed the walk down the street to the convenient store for a morning coffee and beach trail walk to kick start the day. We had a great time and plan to return again in the near future.

Beautiful Condo, Perfect Location

Wonderful modern and new unit, exactly what we were looking for. If you are looking for more of a nice hotel feel with more space, this is the place for you. The furnishings, bathrooms, and kitchen were super nice and upscale. We had 2 teenagers and a dog and it was perfect for us. Close to the beach to catch sunsets or a quick walk across the street to the other beach to walk the dog. So safe too, we could walk at any hour. Outdoor living area was great! On the last day, maintenance work was unexpectedly scheduled and Pam graciously offered a partial credit to make up for not having hot water for a few hours. Pam is great property manager, very responsive and good communication from reservation to check out. 2 blocks to Newport Pier and many restaurants. Short drive to Fashion Island and UC Irvine.
