"Do not ever stay here. I booked 2 nights and only stayed one, I could not bear the smell of the property. Roaches every where, electricity doesn’t work, the whole property smells like death. Close this place down"

"I needed help for my bathtub and they did what they could right away. The air conditioner was dripping water, they fixed that right away also. They are so pleasant , helpful . When I come back to Franklin I will be using this hotel ."
