This property was clean and conveniently located within close proximity (approximately 10 minute drive) to Niagara Falls. Boston Pizza was conveniently located inside the hotel along with another restaurant. The kids loved the Waterpark attached to the hotel, however during our stay a child deficated in the wave pool. The hotel protocol was to get everyone out of the pool and remove the particles, followed by super chlorinating the pool. First of all, how a parent can let a unpotty trained child go in the pool without a swim diaper is beyond belief. The protocol on cruise ships is to empty the pool and sanitize is much cleaner and would prevent bacteria from spreading. The protocol of the hotel, leaves guests subject to very unsanitary conditions. We did however enjoy our stay overall. I did find the $25 per day parking fee to be a money grab, as the hotel is quite secluded and no one else would have a reason to park there.

As soon as we check in we found bathroom sink is clogged. I called front desk to fix it but it was not. Next morning again called but they couldn't fix it. I paid for the room was not able to use bathroom sink. We had to use bathtub for brushing and washing. Ridiculous.

This is our second and probably last stay at the same hotel. We stayed for three days in 2023 and five this time. Even with breakfast included, it's inedible because there's nothing good about it. And they charge around $20 per person for a terrible breakfast! Since they're accepting outside guests at the water park, it's overcrowded, and they've closed off the upper floor, making it very difficult to find a seat! Make sure you keep your wrist bands of waterpark otherwise they want to charge you $35/each person. This is super weird. Once we’re the guest of the hotel why do you ask to save wrist bands every day? Why also you charge for parking? I am your customer who purchased a package for 5 days, so where do you want me to park my car? This is not acceptable! Unfortunately, we only received one time room cleaning within 5 days! While we were in a vocation, they want us to wake up early morning for room cleaning…… This is not acceptable too. I don’t recommend this place anymore….

Great pirate theming in the family suite. Large room with lots of space. Close to attractions and dining. Waterpark is a good size for younger kids. Some areas a little run down but you can tell they're making improvements. We were very happy with our stay.

We come here annually. Only complaint I have is that we received 6 small chicken wings which according to staff was 1 lb. We order 1 lbs wings all the time at restaurants and we receive 8-10 wings which are larger for both our kids to share. After bringing attention to kitchen staff they said 6 wings is 1 lb. If you count the veggies in the tray then yes it's 1 lb. I don't think we should be paying $19.99 for 6 small wings which definitely wasn't enough for 2 kids. Next day we ordered a pound of wings elsewhere and received 9 wings.

The front end staff were rude but the property was great! Our kids loved the water park and our room was spacious and clean and quiet. Our family of 6 stayed in the junior suite and were only given 5 water park passes. That and the fact that the front end staff treated me like an inconvenience are my only complaints. We would stay again.

Quand nous sommes arrivés nous avons été surpris que nous devions payer le stationnement qui était 20$ par jour. Mettons que nous avions pas prévue ça. Pourquoi expédia ne l’ajoute pas au prix ? Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. Les glissades d’eau, arcade, parc extérieur rien à dire super. Les enfants et parents ont beaucoup aimé. Avoir un Boston Pizza collé à été très pratique. Lit confortable, salle de bain fonctionnel, bcp de rangement. Frigo, micro-ondes fonctionne très bien + machine à glace utile sur l’étage.

For the most part my family really liked this location because of the amenities like the water park, arcade and basketball court for our kids. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and it was impossible to get a good night of sleep. We woke up sore each morning and woke during the night several times. The staff was friendly and helpful, but they obviously can’t do anything about the condition of the mattresses. The pillows were also very lumpy.

Overall had a wonderful experience! Staff was friendly and attentive. Water park was a good size for a family. The toddler area was perfect for little ones. Room was renovated and clean. Had all the amenities needed. This hotel is a great option for families.

Water park was accessible to all. The structures for toddlers need repair and maintenance. Parts of the edges were lifted/exposed with enough room for toes to get caught. The bottom of our tub was cracked and water was sleeping through causing soft, uneven surface for standing. Bathroom could use more hooks.
