Comfortable and welcoming studio, quiet, completely new.
Close to the sea, the mountains, NICE, Monaco and Italy.
Warm welcome, relevant advice for hikes, walks or visits of the hinterland.

The village of COARAZE (2km) has all the charm of a medieval village in the hinterland of Nice; it is classified among the most beautiful villages in France.

During the whole month of August, high quality music courses and jazz festival.

Nearby, the big city NICE (22km), MONACO, the seaside resorts of the French Riviera and the Italian Riviera (Italy is 45 minutes by motorway).

Numerous interesting medieval sites in the vicinity and remarkable prehistoric site of the Valley of Wonders 1 hour and 30 minutes by car.

Very close mid-mountain hikes and long hikes in the Authion massif and in the Mercantour Park, 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes by car. Ski stations.

Perfect stay
I loved the small space in a beautiful location. Surrounded by quaint French villages and only 25 min away from Nice. The space was well equipped and extremely clean. The manager was easy to communicate with and very friendly. If ever in the area again I will stay again.

Great and convenient - parfait et pratique
Cosy and well equipped for self-catering stay at affordable price. If you are looking for quiet and access to French villages and mountains views, this is perfect. Our highlight was a walk and swim in the nearby river. ( have good shoes on for the small trek and take a picnic with ) Only 40 minutes away from Nice. Monique is a lovely and helpful host. Parfait si vous êtes à la recherche de calme et voulez visiter les beaux villages de l'arrière-pays niçois à 40 minutes de Nice . Le studio est bien aménagé et ne manque de rien. Si vous y séjournez ne manquez pas la visite de la rivière ( soyez équipé pour le sentier). Monique nous a accueilli très chaleureusement.

Life in the Mountains
Even before I arrived, Monique answered a raft of questions. Upon my arrival she met my flight. I picked up the rental car and headed to the property. On the drive up, and this applies to all the small mountains , the roads are very narrow so I would recommend for anyone planning a trip to the mountains north of Nice to rent a car that is small. It makes the drive a lot more relaxing. Upon arrival I saw that the cottage was exactly as I expected. The property is small and is most likely suitable for a short stay by one or two people. It's a good starting point for day trips into the mountains. If you want to go to Nice or anywhere else a car is really necessary as the nearest town with amenities ((food, gas) which is (Conte)) is 15 to 20 minutes away. Parking in Nice or any of the coastal towns isn't easy, so it is best to park near the coastal road in a rental parking lot and use public transportation or foot power. I stayed for about 8 weeks. I wanted to go someplace peaceful and just unwind. I don't know that others would want such a long stay, but it worked great for me. The owner Monique, can't be praised highly enough. She was frequently checking with me to see if I had any issues or needs or just for a chat. I met her mother and sisters and everyone was incredibly kind and gracious. Monique would frequently mention places that I should visit that I would not have known about on my own. By the end of my stay, I felt I had made a friend which is probably the nicest aspect of taking such a trip. I have been traveling in the Spring and Fall to Europe for the past 16 years. I cannot express enough how good this trip was, how great Monique is as the hostess and how this property and its owner turned out to be the most enjoyable place I've stayed in all the years I've been traveling. Petit logement mais avec tout le confort et tres bien situé en mer et montagne
L'arrière-pied niçois est magnifique les routes sont très belles visite de coaraze très beau village nous avons pris le train des merveilles pour aller jusqu'à tende village typiquement italien nous sommes montés au col de Turini nous avons fait toute la côte Monaco l'aquarium le musée son palais princier puis Nice , menton très beau village nous avons pratiquement fait 500 km autour de Coaraze . Monique notre hote était vraiment adorable et nous a accueilli avec beaucoup d'attention et de gentillesse très bonne vacances

Cozy 2-room vacation apartment in a beautiful location
We had a wonderful week in Coaraze. The apartment had everything you need. Communication with the owner was straightforward, and she was very kind. From the apartment, you can reach Nice within 30 minutes by car. Êze, Menton, Antibes, and Cannes are also between 40 and 60 minutes away.

Wander- und Strandurlaub
Die Wohnung ist wie in der Beschreibung dargestellt gut für zwei Personen geeignet. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung , insbesondere der Küche ist komplett. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilft bei Fragen und Problemen gerne weiter. Die Wohnung ist als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen gut geeignet. In der Wohnung liegen zahlreiche Wanderführer für die nähere Umgebung aus. Die darin beschriebenen Wanderungen sind gut ausgeschildert und schön zu laufen. Nizza und der Strand in Nizza sind gut erreichbar. Wir haben dazu den P+R Parkplatz Pont Michel genutzt und sind mit der Tram von dort nach Nizza gefahren. Das hat sehr gut funktioniert.

Je recommande cette location aux personnes souhaitant séjourner au calme. Petite maisonnette mi-cabane, mi-grotte. Un petit logement en enfilade, propre et très fonctionnel. Cuisine-mini séjour, petit coin nuit avec un couchage de qualité et une salle d'eau avec douche et WC bien agencés. Le cadre est très joli, route de montagne mais le calme se mérite.
