"Check-in instruction need to be clearly highlighted to customer before making the booking. I had to stay one night in a different hotel. Hotel.com support is very poor, when contacted the agent as he given Switzerland number to call hotel.
Stay at Rebstock hotel was really good and the service was really good.

"Very convenient when traveling by train. 2 min away from the central station, yet the area is green and appears to be safe. Very convenient, walking distance to the city center. Small, yet very well appointed, modern room with a large bathroom. Excellent mattress.

"We had a great stay. We really liked the breakfast which was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. The pool and spa were great. It's very close to the tram stop so getting into Strasbourg is easy"
"Gorgeous hotel, the design is cohesive throughout, lovely art, comfortable and beautiful at the same time. So many thoughtful touches everywhere you look. Well located, staff is super friendly and professional at the same time. The spa is wonderful, drinks in the lobby bar perfection. Towels were huge and soft. Robes super soft and comfy. Ok the only thing I can fault is the pillow cases were not soft..oddly scratchy but that’s really sounding spoiled now isn’t it?"
