“If you are traveling from Germany to France for a road trip, this hotel can be a good location. But the hotel is very cold, the aircon is centralized control, and the toilet is very cold, which make our stay very uncomfortable.”

“Overall we had an great experience. Location was a bit distant from the city center but the hotel was situated right next to a tram stop. The city center was about 25 min ride one way. The hotel had very decent accommodations although the we wished that the separate toilet room could have at least a sink so we could wash our hands after doing our “business”. There were no close restaurants apart from the one within the hotel and maybe one cafe and one convenience store across the street so……

“Very excellent experience in the hotel. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The sauna is private and decent. Though the location is not central of the city but the surrounding is amazing with church, restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the Christmas market in this season. Also, you can have breakfast in your room with nice view.”

“Perfect location, the Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg is nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Great service, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet, and clean. I would happily stay here again.”

“非常糟糕，完全不是五星酒店，硬装和软装都非常差。我们付了1600美金，12月初在deluxe 房间住了两个晚上，入住当天晚上6店房间才准备好。房间在路边上，半夜都有很多噪音，服务和态度也非常差。这个地方不会再去，太失望太糟糕了”
