Friendly and efficient front desk, hotel ambiance, felt like I'm at a ski lodge,will definitely stay when in Eugene

I feel it's important to temper any review with the correct expectation going in: THIS IS NOT THE RITZ CARLTON, nor does it profess to be. Don't expect luxury; that's not what this place is. I wanted an inexpensive place to sleep, was not traveling with my wife, and needed to be close to UO campus. This place checked all the boxes. The room was clean with new carpet; sheets were immaculate; the room was small but serviceable (desk, locking door, etc.) It's communal living -- shared bathroom and well-appointed kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig), so there's a bit of hallway/stairs noise from other guests, which is to be expected. If you need a place to crash for a night or two near campus, this place works. It felt a bit like a nice European hostel. One suggested improvement would be a room safe.

Room wasnt the nicest a little ran down. Plus side it was affordable if your just looking for just a place to rest for the night.
