Good value. Nothing fancy. Get the side with a view. Had to checkin at a different hotel first which was annoying since I didn’t know ahead of time and had to back track. Clean and neat comfortable bed

2/5 Poor

Traveled with partner
Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
Understaffed for the number of visitors. No reserved parking for actual guests of the various lodges. Had to park uncomfortable distance from room. Restaurants overwhelmed & unable to accommodate visitors. Unconscionable conditions given the room rate. Grand Canyon must put a limit on the number of visitors. The company who has this lucrative account from the National Park Service is raking it in at the expense of we taxpayers.
