“I booked a cabin, paid upfront, and they tried to put me in a motel room at the same price. They put someone else in my cabin, so finally they put me in a different one with no loft. The parking they suggested was not great, and the fan in the bathroom made weird noises. Whoever cleaned didn't check the coffee pot, where it looked like a science experiment was brewing. Lastly we didn't have any room service during our five day/four night stay.”

“This tiny house was clean and about 20 minutes away from Grand Canyon which was nice for location. The negative side was the shower that gave you hot water for 1 minute and then turned cold. I know it said energy efficient but for paying that much money, you should have hot water to take a shower. Also internet connection was bad. I would recommend staying somewhere else because of the hot water situation.”

“The beds were clean, but some of the horizontal surfaces need to be dusted. Do not run the AC on "auto" as it will shut off after a couple of hours. Once I selected AC/fan only, cold air started to flow through the registers. The tini house still would not cool down even with mild outdoor temps. Overall, it was nice to have a kitchen and plenty of bedspace for the kids. The Maintenance Mechanic responded quickly to replace a 9 volt battery in the carbon monoxide detector.”

“The property is beautiful and as advertised. My only problem was not able to take a hot shower. We didn't shower the first night to help them conserve water because of a sign on property asking for conservation of water of where we could. I am very familiar with using facilities with a tankless hot water heater as this one had for I have them in my home. I ran the water for at least 10 to 15 min trying to get it hot but to the best I could get was lukewarm. Interesting the kitchen sink put out……
