"Great views and great location to trains into city. Room clean and comfortable. Would love it if mini bars added skim or light milk for tea as we don’t all drink full cream anymore! Coffee at breakfast was not hot from the machine and again only full cream. Maybe add barista options for coffee and if you have a tea you want boiling water not hot water from a flask!"

"The staff is very friendly and helpful; Robert went above and beyond in assisting with helping me book an outing. The property was well maintained and comfy. The neighborhood felt safe, was close to a great walking path and convenient to the ferry stop. Highly recommend!"

"1 bed suite is ok. I wouldn't pay for balcony, there was no view and it's unappealing. Bed was comfortable. Difficult to contact reception or anyone in the evening, took 30mins to get through because they forgot to make up the sofa bed. Hotel is ok, reasonably clean but still looks dated. "
