The carpet is disgusting as is the hallway was neve vacuumed the 10 days we have been here. We have a beautiful view of Circular Quay and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The worst part is the train thatbruns every 10 minutes under the hotel. It sounds like loud rolling thunder which makes it impossible to sleep. Its very convenient to the train station but the noise is terrible. The carpet in the hallway down at reception area is worn and disgusting. Id be ashamed to be working for a poorly looking hotel especially since its not cheap.i also booked a 2nd room for 2 nights and my key did not work the 2nd night. I didn't go to the front desk because my husband and i were both very sick with the flu. I just made it back to our room and puked. Front desk told my husband too bad so sad. We haven't left our room for 3 days. We even had to ask the housekeepers to vacuum. Nothing is sanitized while they clean the rooms. There are several stores within walking distance; drug store, food stores (4) 2 are under the road at Greenwood plaza and another drug store there with lots of food options.
