"The unit is even better than the photos. The high ceilings and large windows give a spacious feel. We checked in on a Monday which was a day the "office" (music store downstairs) was closed but the communication was great and the check in went smoothly. "My friend and I stayed here for the GalaxyCon Convention at the Richmond Convention Center. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the convention center. The property was very clean and was close to very many restaurants. The bed was also comfortable and very large. It easily fit me and my friend without either of us bumping in to each other at night. "First, the pictures perfectly represent the property. The views from the balcony were wonderful. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of linens. Bathrooms & kitchen were well supplied. "Location was great. Walkable to many establishments. Only thing is, the space could have been cleaner and the beds weren't very comfortable (one of the beds had a plastic layer). Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the Richmond area."

However, if you are sensitive to strong smells and odors I would take that into consideration.
