This was a great spot when it opened but the management company and ownership have not invested in maintenance, upkeep, or professional staff. I am never one to complain but do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else but here. I mean this place is such a joke that they have plexiglass coverings for the windows because the windows are not sealed properly and thus significant amounts of mold has grown in the windowsills

the staff, the building/facilities itself, and cleanliness were great two things that could use some work though: water took a long time to get warm and didn't stay warm all the time television even when watching regular "live TV" often froze and needed to load/buffer

This is one of my all time favorite places! The hotel is so beautiful and unique! So many indoor and outdoor places to relax! The Gabriel Archer Tavern is a short walk from the hotel and has delicious food and drinks!

I’m shocked they actually rent these rooms out. It’s horrible. Furniture is broken, smells moldy, the shower doesn’t drain, room hasn’t been dusted since 1972, etc. I could go on and on. By FAR the worst hotel I’ve ever seen.
