“Our stay here was spectacular! The extra firewood came in very handy when we got 3 feet of snow. So did the pool and the sauna up at the clubhouse. The house was extremely clean and very well equipped. It might be pricey, but it is so worth it because of the location and the convenience. We will be back!”

“The location was great. The kitchen had bare essentials. One of the pans should be thrown out. The nonstick coating has been scratched almost completely off. No bottle opener or can opener. The purpose of staying there was for the location mainly. But being able to cook breakfast and dinner would have been better than going out to eat. All in all it was a fantastic ski trip.”

“We loved exploring the abandoned ski mountain and old lodge from Evergreen Valley. It added a level of excitement to our stay. We went to Maine to ski at Sunday River. It was about 45 minutes, which was kind of far, but worth it because the property was really cool. It's dated, which we did not mind at all.”

The condo could use a set of steak knives or a butchers block and maybe a drying rack for pots and pans in the kitchen. And the TV in the room with bunk beds is connected to nothing so unless you bring your own fire stick or gaming system its useless. However with that being the hardest parts of our week I would say this place is awesome.”

“My husband and I rented from Ryan for a long weekend to go to the Fryeburg Fair which was apx 30minute ride. Place was wicked clean and in a great location. Close to the center of Bridgton which has cool little shops and a few restaurants. This rental is on a main road but we barely heard any traffic from cars and trucks driving by. I love sitting in the hot tub after waking around the fair all day. The only draw back is there isn't a table next to the hot tub to place my drink but I managed. I...

“We were two families visiting for a long weekend. Mark and Sara's home was set up perfectly for us, with a nice big common space and plenty of beds. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the sun set over Crystal Lake. The house was very clean, and Mark was incredibly responsive throughout the booking process and during our stay, immediately responding to any questions we had. The house is close to shops and restaurants in Harrison and Bridgton, and Crystal Lake is lovely and peaceful....

“Jonathan's property on Sand Pond is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. The location had a wonderful remote feel to it, although it was only a short drive to the adorable town of Norway. We highly recommend a stay at this property”

“This is an ideal location for a fun getaway for any season. Plenty of room for a large/extended family. While there is a road between the house and lake it didn’t detract from the experience at all. Pro tip, in cooler seasons turn on the ceiling fans to push the warmer air down. Otherwise the main room will feel cold. The dock is slightly off level and a couple doors don’t latch completely but those are just signs of a well loved camp.”
