Budget hotel. Great price. The location is the best part. You can Walk to Kings Dominion. There is no reason to drive, it is right next to KD parking lot. Wish it was cleaner and there was a musty burnt smell. But the sheets were clean, the toilet was clean, the AC worked. I'd be tempted to stay again for the location and price, but if they would just clean better, I'd be more likely.

Great place to stay while visiting Williamsburg and the rest of the area. Williamsburg Winery on site was great. Room was nice as well. The decor was cool. Bathroom and TV were a little dated but we never used the TV. Bathroom in our particular room could use some updating, but nothing that took away from the overall experience. It has the feel of a place that could be really awesome with some freshening.

7.2/10 Good! (466 reviews)
"This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The rooms were dirty, the hallways were dirty, the dining room was dirty and I arrived when it opened. There was only stale bread and milk in the fridge that was spoiled. One front desk staff was polite but would not pass on contact info for the manager. ..."
