I’ve stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world and I think this hotel, the Ritz Carlton in Astana, might top them all. The staff were incredible, they even baked us a custom cake with our faces 3-D printed on it. They went above and beyond every chance they got. Free gifts, welcome gifts, early check-in, late checkout, I could go on and on. The food is also incredible, the breakfast is amazing and I love how it’s connected to an ultra-luxury mall with all the best luxury brands. Two big thumbs up.
One of the best hotels in the world in my opion. The hotel is luxurious but trendy. Very clean. The staff is ultra-friendly. They made us feel at home right away. The spa facilities are spectacular.
The hotel itself is beautiful and the people working there are really kind and caring all time. Its really conveniently located and food there or around is good.
The Staff in the Astana Ritz-Carlton were EXTREMELY helpful.
Conscierge Arman booked a trip to a smaller city.
Kamilla, from that small city, wrote descriptions of sites and made helpful recommendations.
Damili from that small city, supported with advice.
Azimat at the front desk was helpful and courteous.
Staff offered early check in (as i arrived early) but charged full rate (snd higher than the one i had for next nights)
Iron board was bender and fall on me
Overall, excellent hotel. However, the service falls short of the standard expected at Ritz hotels. Some staff members appeared to lack proper training.
Probably the best option in Astana, especially if you want to be sure the quality is where you expect it.
Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Club Lunge is not worth the upgrade. Breakfast very good even on Ritz standards.
Staff is very friendly and good wot work with. On-site restaurants are decent, Selfie on 18th worth mentioning for the impressive wine-list and splendid views of the city.
Definately will be back when in Astana.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
There is a night club on the third floor, which has a an open air bar and dance floor. Horrible loud music which you can hear in your room. No matter what floor you are on. Make sure to ask for the room which does not face this place
