"We greatly enjoyed our stay, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Lots of storage options and we really liked the large opening window doors. The kitchen is useful although the sink and counter area is quite limited. Having a grocery store right next door was extremely helpful and well-used. The city centre is accessible with bus/tram then the subway which took a little over 30 minutes but was easy enough. Overall would consider staying again if possible. "

"Excellent vacation rental. Much nicer than pictured. Mr Schmitt was a very gracious host. He had ready for us, in Engish, valuable information on train schedules, shopping and suggested sightseeing throughout south east Germany. The vacation house is in Moosach, 15 minutes to the train station, and 25 minutes by train to Munich Central Station. We would highly recommend anyone traveling to the Munich area to stay here. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Germany."

"This was a great place to stay. It was a nice quiet unit on the ground floor. It was perfect for two people. It was easy to get an Uber to all the places we wanted to go, but far enough out to be a quiet retreat from the bustle of the city. Would definitely stay again. The check in was easy and they supplied a few referrals to different cafes and restaurants. There is even a grocery store across the street"

"Rodger and Lynn were AMAZING!! Rodger was so kind in every way They seemed to always be on property or close by and that was so helpful but not in an intrusive way. The condo was adorable and comfortable we had several family members so we rented 3 apartments. It was so fun to be in one building! And the location is perfect. Walking distance to train and bus station however there is parking available if you have a vehicle The neighborhood is very nice to walk around with a variety of shops...
