"Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The easy check-in, the room was very nice and comfortable, breakfast (with an amazing view) was plentiful and delicious. We came into Lienz on the train and it was an easy walk to the hotel from the station. The hotel is conveniently located a few hundred feet from one end of the shopping district, which leads to the town square. Having the service point was helpful - I was able to get a few needed supplies and if we needed to wash clothes (which we did not), the availability of washers and dryers was nice to know about. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"This is an amazing hotel ,seeped in history , a lovely welcome and very helpful on reception. A lovely wet room in our room ! Breakfast was lovely we say on the balcony was was perfect ! We loved Austria and hope to return one Xmas . "

"Beautiful property in a wonderful location with very helpful and kind staff. I wish we had picked a better room as our view was the parking lot, but can’t beat the amenities! Definitely recommend paying a little extra for a balcony with view room. 😀 Dinner wasn’t included in Expedia reservation so it’s an additional 35 euro pp for 4 courses. They save the table for the duration of your stay - service is phenomenal. "

"The host was extremely hospitable and provided a very personalised service. She was also very flexible with check in, breakfast, and check out timings, making for a very stress-free stay. Not to mention she bakes really great cakes too. The room is also very quaint, spacious, and comfortable. There’s even a jacuzzi in the room. Sappada is also a peaceful and picturesque town to stay in with landscapes of mountainous terrains surrounding this accommodation. Highly recommended and definitely would return to stay here again! "I haven't felt like I overpaid this much for a hotel in over 5 years. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Service terrible with people at front desk and the hostess at the restaurant. And it is not ski-in/ski-out. It is right off a busy road and near the train line, not a ski resort. 15 minute drive to 3 Zinnen."
