Beautiful 2 BR 2 BA Unit With Pool - Close to the Beach and Convention Center

****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

You are going to want to stay here! This beautifully decorated 2 BR/ 2 BA unit has everything you need for a fantastic vacation and shows pride in ownership. The master bedroom has a king size bed along with a large bathroom with a wonderful soaking tub. Bedroom two has a unique pyramid bed with a queen size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. You will enjoy TVs in every room, a full-size washer & dryer along with a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The outdoor pool is the perfect way to cool off on those warm summer days or just enjoy a break from the beach!

This unit is conveniently located to the beach (1 block), Convention center (3.5 blocks) and Seacrets (4 blocks). You are also strategically located to enjoy numerous fantastic restaurants, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key. Secure building with code entry into elevator lobby.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 1st floor but is not ground level. Astoria is an elevator building.
* Two covered parking spots are provided.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Building has an onsite fitness room and an outdoor shower for guest use.
* Easy beach access
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 45th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.

We had an amazing week at this condo! It was by far the best we’ve stayed in. It was super clean, had everything we needed and was even ready sooner than check in time. Benchmark was extremely responsive with any questions that we had. And the condo was not noisy as I anticipated. Only a little on the weekend nights but that is to be expected. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The condo was beautifully decorated and cozy. Beachy vibe was nice. Was the best well equipped and clean place we have ever stayed in. The only downfall was the bedrooms being on street side it was loud at night.

Family getaway

My family had a great stay. Location is close to the beach which made fire great ocean days. We were also close enough and far enough the boardwalk that we were able to relax when we wanted or enjoy all it had to offer. Definitely recommend this to anyone.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property was conveniently located to family attractions, the beach, great restaurants and the boardwalk. Perfect Place for Family!

This place was amazing! Plenty of room for everyone. Everything is up to date and in great condition. Perfect location, the only bad part is it's a little noisy with the traffic being right there and the bus stop but other than that it's a great place to stay!

This place was great- clean, modern, comfy beds, nice kitchen, and amenities. It was a little noisy at night, but that’s to be expected most places on the strip. Check in process was clear, but definitely read ahead of time and print the parking pass (we forgot!). Would highly recommend!
