Amazing Midtown OCMD
Such a phenomenal property in midtown OCMD! It's an excellent layout and well appointed (and in fantastic condition) . Marty literally has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The Bay Sunset is a short and easy walk to the beach at 81st Street (quiet area, lifeguard on duty, plenty of space to stretch out). It's also very close to several great restaurants, has a beach bus stop at the end of the street (for all the fun downtown) and ample, easy to access parking to get you anywhere else you need to go.
The condo is lovely, with a big back patio to enjoy bay views or watch the Hobbit restaurant in action.
We truly enjoyed this part out town after many years being closer to the boardwalk action. It was also great to not have to lug our own beach equipment (for exception of the umbrella) or squeeze in and out of tight parking areas.
Such a fantastic vacation at a beautiful property with an attentive host.
