Views that cant be beat! Enjoy the sunrise over the ocean every morning on your balcony, endless ocean views during the day and a sunset over the bay in the evening from the front balcony!

Enjoy our completely renovated condo in the prestigious Golden Sands condo building. The unit is spacious, modern and can sleep up to 5 people. A comfortable queen bed in the bedroom with a view of the bay, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a sleeper chair that can easily fit a adult or child to sleep on. You will have fresh sheets and linens and comforters are cleaned between each rental. Air conditioning, washer/dryer in the unit, high speed internet, smart tv with cable and dvd player are all some of the amenities in the condo! Kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need to cook a full meal if you desire!

Golden sands resort offers so many amenities you wouldn't need to leave if you didn't want! A outside pool with a tiki bar, a lounge deck, a kiddie pool, tennis courts, shuffleboard, beach volleyball court, a snack shop, deli, ice cream shop and all adjoining with the beach and ocean just steps away! Also a arcade, a indoor pool, sauna, game room and gym all in the penthouse overlooking the ocean! Happy Hour with live entertainment is offered many nights a week at the tiki bar on the pool deck!

In the evening enjoy all Ocean City has to offer with many restaurants nearby and if you choose to head down to the boardwalk, bus service stops right outside the condo building! Check out the chamber of commerce link for all theres to do in OC!

*Golden Sands will charge a $50 amenity/parking fee at check in which will give you a parking and amenity pass. If you need more then one parking spot you can buy one from them for $20.

*A $300 damage deposit is taken and is automatically refunded 13 days from check out if there is no damage.
NOTE: The building is a non smoking building including inside our unit and on the balcony.

Beautiful area for families
This property has a great location. Quiet for families with children. Close proximity to some resturants and stores. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony. The property owner was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We loved that this location was more family oriented than others that are closer to the board walk. We brought our 8 month old son for his first vacation and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this specific location. Would reccomend to others and those looking for a quiet getaway.

Long overdue vacation
Our stay was better than expected. The property was centrally located to what we were interested in participating in doing and were able to walk to shop, eat, and do activities. The boardwalk was located far enough from our location that we didn't have the traffic . We would recommend this location and hope to return to this same property again.

Great place- relax and enjoy a coastal get away
We enjoyed the spectacular ocean views and location in N Ocean City was perfect. The unit is nicely updated. Golden Sands building has a great Tiki Bar, nice pools and steps away from the beach. We highly recommend this place- perfect trip.

Great condo with an amazing view!
We went to Ocean City for a dance competition for my daughter. I appreciated that we could split the week aince we needed specific days for the competition. The condo was neat and clean and accurate to the post. The full kitchen had all the amenities of home so we could cook some meals there. The beach view was fantastic. The property owner was responsive and made check in super easy. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!
This property is great. We loved all of the property amenities and the beach was only a small step away. We had a comfortable stay in the beds provided and loved how it felt like home vs a hotel. Everything in ocean city was very close only minutes from anything you could possibly need, shops, awesome restaurants, grocery store, ice cream, and the legendary boardwalk.

We had a blast! The rental was great with on oceanfront view. Easy access down to the beach. Onsite tiki bar made excellent food as well as vood drinks. Security on soye was top notch. Wd sould absolutely stay here again.

2023 Anniversary Beach Trip to Ocean City MD
I loved everything about it!! The balcony provided a great view of the beach, the living room was nice and comfortable, the kitchen was great, the bedroom was quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. It was perfect for us! The beach was a very short walk (1-2 minutes from the elevator), there were a lot of amenities right there, and there were lots of places to eat nearby. The host was very helpful & responsive as well. We had a great time!!!

Very nice weekend. We enjoyed our stay and the unit was really nice. If there is one negative, it would be that it is very dark on the floors when entering/exiting your unit. But all in all…wonderful!! The description was on point!!

My son couldn't play his playstation on the living room television being the TV is mounted to the wall. I communicated with the owner but it was never resolved. Behind the couch was kids toys left behind from the previous tenants. The garage bin had used paper towels in there. The view was great but the place needs to be thoroughly cleaned after each person leaves. I emailed her about the place but she never responded back about this issue.

Beautiful! Exactly what we were looking for!
Rental was clean and nicely decorated. Christina was easily accessible and was easy to communicate with. The facility in general offered many amenities however the wait for elevators and just the ability to use the elevators was lengthy at times and difficult. The rental itself though offered a beautiful view, was clean, and we would certainly return!

For the price, it was not as nice of a condo as I was hoping
For the price, it was not as nice of a condo as I was hoping. The parking $50 was unexpected, the condo could surely has some room for improvement with cleanliness, as the bathroom was not in the best shape. The bathtub drain was slow, and the toilet is showing its age as well. The location is great though, can walk to the beach, get groceries and food nearby. The condo's bar noise can get annoying at times if you are trying to sleep early or nap during the day.

Could make this into a great VRBO!
VRBO's normally have a guidebook or papers on how things work and tips on surrounding areas. Things like how to use the TV remotes, dishwasher, thermostat, etc. We were left to figure everything out. The first strike was the beach locker with beach essentials didn't open. Maintenance cut off the lock but we lost 2 days at the beach. 2nd Strike was the hot water heater stopped working. 3rd Strike was after maintenance fixed it, it failed again. The kitchen was in disarray could label where things are and what is in each space so the next tenant may put it back. Also need some items..like a grater for cheese and other things. More towels for showers and the beach would be nice, 2 shower towels are not sufficient. Also, need to purchase a bath mat...we had to use the 2 washclothes for a bathmat. We asked our agent for a refund, but have not heard back from her.
