The Sea, the Sun, and the Sand - what more could you want, right? How about a beautifully renovated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Ocean Block Condo that comfortably sleeps your family of 4 or 2 Couples? Not to mention the prime location just steps from the Beach, and some of the best dining OC has to offer! You will find it all at fabulous Salty Sands 306 in the heart of Ocean City, Maryland. Even better, Salty Sands 306 allows you to avoid the weekend traffic by offering mini week stays!

You will love this elegant beachy Condo! As you pull in, you'll appreciate the assigned parking under the building guaranteeing your spots, Parking has 6’6” Clearance. As you enter this lovely home, you'll know you made the right choice. Welcoming sky blue walls and gleaming light wood floors will usher in the beginning of your Beach Vacation. Take a deep breath - it's time to relax! This home has a wonderful layout that allows for your family to be together and also to have a little quiet time when needed, as well.

The gorgeous and open Living Area has been thoughtfully designed, for plenty of quality family time. With oversized, comfy furniture, Free WiFi, and a Flatscreen TV, you'll love relaxing in the AC here after a fun-filled day on our beautiful Beach. Just off the Living Area is a large Ocean View Balcony that you won't want to leave. Start your day taking in that salty air while enjoying your morning coffee. The Chef in the family will be delighted by how well stocked this Kitchen is, as well as the abundance of cabinets and counter space. No doubt you will find everything you need to make mealtime a breeze. The Kitchen overlooks the Living and Dining Area, making it easy to still enjoy the family while cooking. Not one to cook while on Vacation? No problem, there are a number of fantastic dining options within walking distance of Salty Sands 306.

We just love the layout of this Condo so much - the Primary Bedroom is a wonderful retreat adorned with cool calming coastal decor and a cozy Queen Bed. The Attached Bath has a Shower/Tub Combo, perfect for freshening up after those long days of fun in the sun!.

Bedroom 2 is just down the hall and absolutely perfect for your special little loved ones, or another couple with brilliant blues and another comfy Queen Bed. Another shared Full Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo is conveniently located near Bedroom 2, as well as being convenient to the Living Area. And just in case you need it, there is also a stacked Washer/Dryer right in the condo in case you need to wash a few things.

Nice condo close to the beach

Stayed for a 4 nights with my wife and another couple. The condo was clean and great location just steps away from the beach and near restaurants + bars and entertainment.
