Resort-style comfort with golf, pools, and a beach shuttle just four miles from the sand

Description:
Enjoy a laid-back beach and golf getaway in this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath first-floor Golf Villa located in the premier Bear Trap Dunes community. This beautifully furnished condo is now dog-friendly and just steps from the seasonal beach shuttle stop. With access to top-tier amenities including pools, tennis, pickleball, a fitness center, and championship golf, you’ll have everything you need for a well-rounded vacation just minutes from Bethany Beach.

The sleeping accommodations include a king in the primary suite, a queen in the second bedroom, and two double beds in the third bedroom, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. The home features a screened porch and patio, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, Keurig and drip coffee makers, blender, toaster, toaster oven, dishwasher, and washer and dryer for your convenience. The living area and bedrooms are equipped with four TVs offering both cable and streaming services, along with high-speed WiFi and a collection of board games.

Outdoor features include a gas grill and comfortable seating on the screened porch and patio. Parking is available for two or more vehicles.

This pet-friendly home welcomes one dog up to 75 pounds, with additional pet fees. Linens and towels are not provided but are available for an additional fee of $180. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent. Flex bookings are available with a 3-night minimum, and winter rentals are offered at $2200/month inclusive. Additional fees and taxes may apply. A recreation fee of $55 per person is required for amenity access and is payable directly to the community.

Bear Trap Dunes offers 27 holes of championship golf, a clubhouse with restaurant, indoor lap pool, outdoor pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and a seasonal beach shuttle (runs at the community’s discretion). Located near shopping, dining, and area attractions, this villa provides the perfect blend of convenience and resort comfort.

What if I have to cancel?
In the event of a cancellation or transfer, you are responsible for the full amount of your original agreement. Only IF we are able to secure for that property a new agreement for the same time period and dollar amount will your monies be refunded (less 15% of the gross rent). All cancellations must be put in writing and received by our office prior to re-renting.

Nice place

The check-out process with cleaning and making beds was a bit much; that was what I was trying to get away from on vacation. But it was a lovely place to stay.
