Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Pros: * Spacious layout with 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. * Excellent, central location with free adjacent parking. * Large sun balconies. Cons: * Accessibility & Interior: No elevator (stairs only), outdated furniture, and no view from the balconies. * Bathrooms & Towels: Tiny showers, non-working towel warmer, small/thin towels, and no towel racks or counter space for toiletries. * Pillows: Pillow fillings arrive compressed into a ball and must be fluffed/opened before use (uncomfortable if slept on as-is). * Extra Fees: Additional charge for a baby cot (usually free elsewhere). * Key & Door Issues: Only 2 physical keys for a 6-person group. The main building door slams shut without an intercom, leaving keyless guests locked out. The apartment door does not latch automatically and requires manual key-locking for safety. A keyless code lock would be a major improvement.
