"The Apartment is amazing, and must be one of the best on the beachfront. Easy walking distance to the Beach, to the Tug and Jetty Restaurants and to good bars.

"My daughter and I spent two nights at The Beach Hotel. We were pleased with everything- location, beautiful room, excellent meals and excellent staff. We had two early mornings and had to leave before breakfast, however the staff made a huge boxed breakfast and made me coffee before we left. "I have paid for the hostel but didn't realize that they don't have reception or anyone working after 8pm. I rang the door bell and called multiple times when I arrived but nobody answered. I couldn't check in and had to book another place last minute. I asked if I could get a credit for the night but they still charged me and wouldn't refund me for the booking and said it was my fault because I didn't notify them that I'll arrive after 8pm. I find the hostel is profit minded and doesn't have the best interest of guests in mind. "
