“This property was perfect for our family! Steps from the beach. We will definitely be coming back. A hidden gem, Albas Pizza, is steps away if you wanted to have a quiet dinner at home which is what we did one night. It was amazing to have laundry there to do some quick loads during our stay. Having an umbrella and chairs was amazing. We felt like locals and we loved that! ”

“We absolutely loved this property. It was great for kids with the large fenced in yard. The rooms and furniture were perfect for us. And having a full kitchen with an ice maker was a game chnager. It was close to the beach and had the cutest homemade ice cream shop within a five minute walk. I have recommended this place and the other units to many people already and will definately be back when needed.”

“Everything was ready for a great vacation! The property was super clean and super cute. Loved the close proximity to the beach and the off the street parking. We really appreciated the new beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. So thoughtful for those of us who arrive via the airport. Within walking distance to great restaurants (definitely try Crabby's Hideaway) and on the quiet end of the beach away from hotels and stores. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back!”

“Super cute almost like a doll house. Awesome location. Clean,no bugs. Not recommended for tall people at all. We not super tall but I’m 5 8 and my husband and boys are 5 9 and 6 foot. We did keep hitting our heads on the ceiling because of the slant. I didn’t give it 5 stars because one it says sleeps 6 I don’t think if we had 6 people we would all fit and we almost did.And it’s pet friendly which was why we chose it there is nowhere to walk the dogs. “Place is really cute, well kept, thoughtful in amenities for guests (directions how to do everything, enough places to store/hang clothes, towels). Layout is perfect for a couple or friend with two separate bedrooms and dedicated bath.”

Nice quiet neighborhood, the perfect location for a real easy walk to the downtown activities and nice restaurants. The Cook Cottage, tucked away behind the main house was perfect for our short stay in Dunedin. We hope to return in the future.”

“Pros: Location, cute beach aesthetic, and the amenities. The water pressure is enviable! The main bedroom bed is firm but comfortable and the sheets were soft. Three teens slept comfortably enough on the fold-outs in the living room. Plenty of linens and pillows for all. Correctable Cons: The main bedroom's wall unit AC contains mold/mildew. There was significant termite residue on kitchen floor on arrival (I thought it was spilled coffee grounds at first.) There is no dishwasher in this unit,...

“We really enjoyed this property! It was like being in a tropical garden. We stayed in the Mermaid Cottage for our 30th anniversary. Very convenient to downtown Dunedin and Honeymoon Island & Caladesi State Parks. Several good restaurants and breweries close by. Owners live on site and were very friendly.”

“Great beach cottage with perfect location in walking distance to restaurants, shops, convenience store, etc. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The beach is steps away from the front door of the cottage and is wonderful - far quieter than staying up the road at Clearwater Beach and the price can’t be beat. Would absolutely rebook this property in the future.”

“The beach was close to the cottage & the water was awesome! The cottage had a great patio to sit and have coffee and a supply of beach gear including canopies & some chairs… the kitchen was spacious & each bedroom had a bathroom - great place for a vacation- close to the pass .”

“Just a minute walk to the beach and could easily walk to any stores or restaurants we wanted to. That was the best part!! Other than that it was a typical little beach house. Management was great as a ceiling fan had a screw break within the mount and they came and fixed it immediately.”
