Why stay in a condo when you can stay at a beach house. One of the last beach houses on Indian shores. Step out of the door and into the sand. No stairs needed. This is a one bedroom one bath totally renovated one story beach house on Indian rocks/Indian shores. Living room has a pull out couch and the cottage sleeps a total of 4. Cottage has Granite countertops, microwave, stove, toater, full size coffee maker, refrigerator, wifi and is located near many amenities. You can rent jet skis and take deep sea fishing charters out of Johns pass boardwalk or take a ride to Clearwater beach which is less than 10 minutes a way. Cottage is conveniently located near grocery stores, bait stores, and restaurants. If you have any questions about the property feel free to email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can. Our 4th time at the property
This was our 4th time staying at this property. You CAN NOT beat this location. Our kids (19&13) don't mind staying on the pull out couch and my wife and I have the bedroom to ourselves. Not that there is much time spent inside when you have a walkout beach with no stairs. We will definitely be staying again next year There were beach chairs, a cooler, tubes and two umbrellas in the shed.

This was our second time staying at the beach house. We enjoyed the simple layout of the house, and to have the beach just a few steps out the door is wonderful. We did have to deal with a few windy days, but overall we had a great time.

Amazing stay
This was our second stay here. This time for longer. We just love the cottage and the area. If you're looking for fancy/ resort type place this isnt for you. Its old Florida charm with everything you need for a comfortable beach stay. They just put a brand new bed in and it was very comfortable. The area is safe and charming. Many good restaurants in the area. We are already planning our next stay.

We love this house
This house is just the right size for my husband and I as well as our dog. My family lives in the area and come to visit. The L-shaped foyer/dining area/living room, which opens into the kitchen area, is perfect for when we all are there visiting with each other. The young children love the "beach" in the back yard, and we all love it because we can be with them and still be together. Melissa, who is the contact for the house, is accessible and wonderful.

the hideaway place

We booked this cottage for a vacay with no kids, lol. Check on was easy and contact with the host was fast and easy. Place was clean and perfect. Just wish the brush in the front was lower so you could watch the ocean while sitting on the porch. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Beach Getaway
The whole 1 week stay was amazing. The cottage was just as advertised a quiet little villa just a step away from a pristine beach area. Melissa was great about communicating. There wasn’t anything we needed during the stay that wasn’t already there. It was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again if we come back this way.

If you want a little house that you can step out the door and you are on the beach then this is the place. This is our second time staying here. A comfortable cottage. A/C worked great. Bed felt great. Small bathroom think cruise ship but certainly not a negative. Loved the covered porch overlooking the dunes and the beach. Great for a cool shaded breakfast and then for sunset cocktails. Melissa was great to work with if we had any questions. See you next time.

Great stay at the beach house
House was great, we loved it and wish it wasn’t one of the last beach houses left. Clean and well equipped (didn’t cook much though, you could.) lots of bedding and bath towels but bring your own beach towels. There were beach chairs and beach toys in the shed but since we drove, we brought our own. Outside patio with 4 chairs was a great place to have coffee in the morning or drinks to watch the sunset. Not for people who want an ultra modern house or a quiet beach and area. It is a really crowded area and we probably won’t go back. Not because of the house, just the traffic and overall crowds. Can’t beat the location, tucked in the dunes, right on the beach!
