“Overall I initially had a pretty good impression of the hotel and enjoyed the stay at first. However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet.
Unfortunately this made me very uncomfortable and concerned about the cleanliness of the room. Since there was no front desk available at that hour, there was no way to get immediate help or change rooms. After that it……

“Our family had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. We also loved being able to use the hotels umbrellas, chairs & towels at the beach. The suite was more spacious than we expected! The sofa bed was not comfortable, but the regular beds were. Can’t beat the price for the room & view we had. We would absolutely come back!”

“This place was perfect it’s right in the middle of everything you. The apartment was pristine it’s even nicer in person than the photos highly recommend! Dunedin is a great little town, shops, cafes, bars, restaurants everywhere all walkable and we didn’t have a bad meal or drink anywhere. Hoping to come back some day!”
