"Loved this apartment. Perfect for what we needed in Omis. Cool location over the restaurant, which made it quite convenient to grab a cocktail. Everything in Omis is walkable from here, excellent location!"

"This place is a lot larger than it looks in the photos. Spacious and fully furnished kitchen, dining room, living room, and two excellent bedrooms. Each bedroom has a balcony. The dining room and living room share a large balcony. Split is a 45 minute drive away, as is Krka falls and Red Lake.
It's a 15 minute drive from Omis and excellent beaches. Omis is a beautiful beach town that we enjoyed more than Split. Cocopazza is a delicious restaurant that is a must visit. An even closer and more...
"The owner was not there when we arrived. The phone number directed us to a German answering machine, playing horrible music. We finally got a message with information about parking location and room number after waiting for over an hour. When we finally got to the room, it smelled of sewage. It had not been cleaned and there were both live and dead bugs everywhere. The air conditioner was OK."
"Very nice hotel in the middle of old town….historic building, with modern amenities….. Follow their directions instead of google…. Google will take you through area with lots of steep and uneven stairs…it’s pedestrian area so you will need to walk with your luggage to the front door… Lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly…. Around 10 minutes walk from bus station and ferry terminal…."

"What a privilege to stay at this fabulous hotel - a peaceful and gentle experience.
I really hope that i get the opportunity to return here one day. Thank you for making me feel so welcomed ☺️ "
"It’s a beautiful location right on the sea! You just can’t beat that! The rooms were very spacious and clean. The only thing I noticed is the hallway carpets were stained in a number of spots. But that in no way influenced my wonderful stay. Peaceful and relaxing, just what the doctor ordered! "
"The apartment has mostly positive points, I will highlight things I would have wanted to know before I went so I could make an informed decision.
It was not clear on Expedia that this is a cash payment apartment, no credit cards, we did not realise but the host was happy for a cash bank transfer for our stay.
The apartment was clean, modern, spacious and had everything you need, comfortable beds, good WiFi and smart TV’s, washing machine, and a fully fitted kitchen.
Nice balcony with view of church and river, sun trap in the morning, no sun in the afternoon.
The host was friendly and very responsive.
Free and safe parking
The shutters on the windows are not black out as advertised and when the building behind had their carpark lights on overnight it shined through the bedroom window.
This is an expanding area and as such there is noisy, dusty building works happening next door throughout the day.
Then finally the churches, they were obviously there before this building, but the bells ring very loudly all day long, on the hour and half past the hour, until 10.30pm ish. The call to pray starts at 6am every morning (bells ring continuously for several minutes) the same again at 10pm. We were out most of the day but have this early wake up call every morning would be the only reason why we wouldn’t stay again. This might not bother others , but to be aware before you go is useful.
Overall we loved Croatia and would visit again "
VILLA DELMATI with tennis court, swimming pool with whirlpool, 5 bedrooms
10/10 Excellent
"Our family's stay at Villa Delmati was absolutely fantastic—we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was perfect, with shops and everything we needed just a short walk away. The owners went above and beyond, not only with their friendliness but also by offering wonderful recommendations for things to do in the area. A true highlight of our trip was when they cooked a delicious local dish for us one evening. We highly recommend Villa Delmati and can't wait to visit again!"
Villa Nike family house, in the natural environment on the hill with sea view
10/10 Excellent
"Wow what a place! If you want a modern, sleek style close to a an atmospheric town then Villa Nike is for you. From the outset this trip was perfect. Great communication from Kristina and Željko, who welcomed us at the property even though it was late in the evening. The villa is amazing. Tastefully decorated, the villa has everything you need. From spare googles and mosquito spray to USB chargers. Freshly picked figs from the garden and a beautiful platter of food were really appreciated. It’s these little details that make such a difference. Villa Nike is a perfect size (we were 3 adults and a 17 year old) for a family with plenty of space. The beds were comfy and the living area was perfect. The pool was gorgeous and great for either a swim or splash around. The view from the house is stunning. With the Adriatic Sea in the distance and the mountain overlooking Omiš to your left you could spend hours just looking out at the amazing scenery. A ten minute drive took you to Omiš. A beautiful town which has a mix of old and new. The old town was full of atmosphere with great places to eat in the winding alleys. Full of families it felt safe and welcoming and we enjoyed our evening strolls along the river and beach. If you’re looking for a relaxing break or for a vibrant place, Villa Nike is the place to go as it has something for everyone. Thank you Kristina and Željko for being such great hosts. "
"The small banglows made a nice change, the beach although public was nice, quiet and only really used by customers in the resort. Shame they charge for parking!! Food was good. Need more facilities to keep the kids amused!l, given there is no pool, the outdoor play area needs restoration works.
Shower worked well and comfortable beds."
* NEW * Charming stone house Duje with heated pool and jaccuzi
10/10 Excellent
"Great villa which was lovely and clean upon arrival. The pool is also great. If you do stay here you will need a rental car as you are up in the mountains and the road to get to the villa is steep and narrow so takes getting used to. You would need to be a confident driver. There is also a small alley you have to drive through to get to the villa which we just about got our rental car through (Jeep Compass) - any bigger and you won’t get it through so don’t get a big SUV rental. Friendly neighbours and the host checked up to make sure we were OK. Washing facilities and 2 bathrooms. The sofa becomes a sofa bed which is a big double so 2 people can sleep on it. Very nice and peaceful and great view of the mountains. A short drive (literally 10 mins) from rafting, zip lining and then the town of Omiš which has a lovely stoney beach and town which great restaurants. Would absolutely stay again thank you! "
