3 Bedroom 1 Full Bathroom apartment in a 2-family house on a block away from Main Street that sleeps 6\. (Whole house sleeps 12) 3 Miles to Cooperstown All Star Village! 23 miles to the Baseball Hall of Fame located on Main Street Cooperstown, NY! Walking distance to Main Street Shopping and Eateries in Oneonta, NY  
  
The Space:

This stylish apartment is newly renovated and offers beautiful vinyl plank flooring, over-sized rooms and picnic table w/grill in the back yard. "3RD BASE APT 2" is a second floor (fully air- conditioned) 3 Bedroom apartment with a kitchen, separate dining room, living room with a 50" smart TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 40" inch or greater smart TV’s as well. All three bedrooms have queen size beds. For families / friends that wish to group together, “3RD BASE APT 1” is on the first floor and sleeps 6 as well with the same exact layout.  
  
Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.
