"The whole property seems well taken care of the public areas and outside our landscaping our room was spotless and everything in it worked
Actually markedly better than Hampton Inn down the road. "

"This was our 2nd stay at the honey bee cottage. We really appreciate the pet setup with the front fenced garden and the back fenced yard. It really works great for our two pups. Not a lot of places allow for two doggies. They were so tired of playing together in the back yard that they conked out early and slept all night. We also really liked the doors on the dining area and the very comfortable king bed!Overall, our stay was very comfortable. Suggestions: refill the sugar - we only had one real sugar packet! Adding decaf coffee would be nice. How about a 2nd luggage rack? We used the high chair as a luggage rack, which also worked. Kind of strange having a bare light bulb hanging in the bedroom. Is that a current style? The umbrellas are a nice and practicaltouch, but could also use some hooks to hang up wet raincoats near the door. Maybe also a bathrobe hook on the inside of the bathroom door. We noticed the baseboards all seem to need a coat of paint. Also, a little nervous about slipping in the tub. Need either a mat or new non-slip surface. One time in a hotel I slipped in the ultra-clean shower and broke my nose. Very traumatic. But it was my fault because I did not use the mat they provided.
