TrĂšs satisfaite

HĂŽtel situĂ© sur une route parallĂšle Ă  l'A13 et non au bord de l'A13 donc moins de bruit de circulation. Chambre assez grande et propre. Draps propres. Seul bĂ©mol : ma chambre Ă©tait au 2Ăšme Ă©tage et l'ascenseur Ă©tait en panne, ce soir-lĂ . Pas de soucis pour moi qui suis valide et en forme pour monter des escaliers mais peut-ĂȘtre problĂ©matique pour des handicapĂ©s. J'espĂšre que l'ascenseur a Ă©tĂ© rapidement rĂ©parĂ©.

Un seul problĂšme dans la chambre 103 : les portes des toilettes et de la douche grince affreusement et c'est trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able surtout la nuit car on a peur de dĂ©ranger ses voisins de chambre. Il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre : 23° et impossible d'ouvrir la fenĂȘtre il y a de la circulation toute la nuit

En arrivant il a fallu attendre une demie-heure pour avoir les clés des chambres alors que j'avais pris soin de réserver et de tout payer à l'avance. Le jeune homme de l'accueil, ne voulait pas nous donner nos chambres sous un prétexte que je n'ai pas compris, une salade interne entre expedia et vous. Je suis un client et je n'ai pas à connaitre vos arrangements avec ces groupes. Je veux juste qu'on accueille poliment et qu'on me donne ma chambre. Vous verrez avec eux pourquoi ça à cafouiller à ce moment là. Ensuite, vous parler dans votre enquete d'écoresponsabilité. J'ai demandé une facture globale et on m'a sorti 5 factures. Bravo !!

Camera piccola e sporca. Bagno da cui esce un terribile odore di fogna. Doccia claustrofobica, senza alcuna apertura. Sembrano bagni e doccia dei traghetti. Il terzo lo abbiamo preparato noi e anche dopo la pulizia camere e rimasto sfatto. Non vale il prezzo pagato.

Points positifs : bon accueil tĂ©lĂ©phonique et sur place (sourire, dynamisme, renseignements), chambre au rez-de-chaussĂ©e et pas loin de l'accueil. Cela convenait car avec 1 bĂ©bĂ© c'est plus simple, ils ont mĂȘme acceptĂ© de faire chauffer le repas de notre bĂ©bĂ©, lit bĂ©bĂ© gratuit, Points nĂ©gatifs : chambre plus petite que sur la photo donc nous Ă©tions un peu déçu car avec le lit bĂ©bĂ© en plus, on s'attendait Ă  plus de place ; une prise Ă©lectrique que d'un cĂŽtĂ© du lit avec, juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, l'escalier du lit superposĂ© donc compliquĂ© de l'utiliser, 2 serviettes fournies (1 pour s'essuyer et l'autre pour le sol) alors qu'il Ă©tait bien prĂ©cisĂ© que nous Ă©tions 2. Pour 1 nuit, ce n'est pas grave mais pour un long sĂ©jour ça nous aurait peut-ĂȘtre plus embĂȘtĂ©.

HĂŽtel pour budget moyen largement suffisant pour une nuit ou plus, malgrĂ© la proximitĂ© de l’autoroute nous n’entendons absolument pas les vĂ©hicules. La chambre Ă©tait propre, lit confortable et Ă©quipe trĂšs sympathique. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est variĂ©. A refaire sans problĂšme, si je devais mettre un bĂ©mol ça serait la clim qui ne refroidissait pas Ă  mon goĂ»t, et le manque d’un sĂšche cheveux idĂ©alement.
