This studio located on the ground floor is composed of an entrance with an equipped and fitted kitchen, a bathroom with wc, a sleeping area (king size bed 200x200) with dressing room and a comfortable living room overlooking a deck terrace where you can relax while contemplating the sea and listening to the sound of the waves.
You will have all the comforts to spend a relaxing holiday: air conditioning, fiber internet, smart tv, washing machine ....
You will also have access to the immense shared swimming pool with 3 basins of the residence located opposite the beach (open all year from 8am to 6pm).
You also have access to the non-nominative car park of the residence to park your rental vehicle.

Additional cleaning on request can be scheduled at an additional cost as well as the rental of cots

Other remarks
You arrive on a small island where the infrastructures are different and smaller than on a continent. The water and electricity distribution networks can sometimes suffer from malfunctions. Distribution companies always do their best to restore (potential) outages quickly.

The water distributed comes from a desalination plant which needs electricity to be produced.
