This apartment is well equipped for both short and long stays. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler are a bonus and make it easy to visit the beautiful beaches around the island. This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment and hope to return again in the future.

Great Apartment
We have rented many apartments in Orient Bay and this one exceeded our expectations. We were there for almost 5 weeks so the many amenities were much used (and appreciated)! The location was perfect - a quick walk to the beach, the bakery and the restaurant square. We have already booked a return trip for next winter.

Our stay was perfect: location is perfect 2 mins walking to the best beach in St Martin, small grocery store with everything walking distance as well as restaurants, bars. It feels like a small village by the beach. Apt was great, had everything needed (we spent most of our time outside the apt, touring the island). Christophe was very helpful as well.

This is a very nice apartment/ villa. The location is just right, a short walk to the main part of the village. Christophe is first class and attends to things right away. We really like working with him! A good value.

Great place in Orient Bay!
This place was fantastic for my wife and myself. Christophe met us at the property and showed us around, and the property had everything we needed. It's furnished very nicely (the refrigerator / freezer was FANTASTIC, being the nicest in any rental we've ever been in), and the view off the back deck was great. Also, the back deck was private which is nice - looked towards the green hill instead of into another unit. The paint, decorations, etc are very welcoming as well. Christophe was a great host, and available locally via text or phone. In terms of location, we explored all over the island and Orient Bay was definitely the nicest and most secure-feeling area on the island. This property is about a 5-minute walk from the beach and equally far to where are the restaurants are. We really enjoyed being able to stroll between these areas without driving or walking very far. Even if you don't plan to spend much time on Orient Beach, stay here! We went to Orient Beach for a couple hours each day, but also explored beaches all over the island, as it's only a half hour to the furthest other end of the island, so this was a great home base.
