Fantastic place to stay

This location was really convenient to getting to and from the parks - no need to get on I-4! Ample space for all and lots of closet space to hold all of your laundry and things. Great communication with owner and management company. Pool was nice on a cool night as it was heated. Kids loved the theming. Thank you!

Great Location

We would stay again. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and Disney. It had everything we needed. However, the screen room around the pool was missing two screen panels, and the pool was not heated to the best of our knowledge. Great quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe!

Great place for families

The house had everything we needed. There are grocery stores and restaurants close by and Disney is about a 15 minute drive away. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Nice house, nice area.

Nice house, and we liked the neighborhood. The house had everything you could need and the beds were comfortable. Good pool and the garage keeps the car cool. We would stay here again.

Perfect

The host and the property management company were both wonderful to work with. They answered my questions right away. The house was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was perfect for my husband and I. It is made for Disney lovers young and old. I will definitely look to stay here on our next vacation.

Great location

Great place to stay if you're doing a Disney vacation in Orlando. The area is great location in Orlando and easily accessible to the airport and Disney attractions. Our family was very comfortable here. We had a maintenance person show up to the property unannounced. I wasn't able to get a hold of the property management service, however the homeowner responded within minutes. Overall, great place to stay!

We drove all the way from Kentucky and the property was better than expected. Very roomy for our family. The kids loved the pool and extra living room space for tv and gaming.

Quiet Neighborhood Getaway

Neighborhood was nice and quiet, plenty of grocery stores and gas stations. Not far from Disney and lots of little stops and shops along the way.

Fantastic

It is a great place. Not to big not to small. Pool is great. You have what you need to have a great family vacation. It feels magical. It's our third year. Can't wait until next year.

Nice home and owner

Loved the house very roomy and clean in a decent location . Pool is bigger than looks in picture . Owner very responsive and friendly. House was a bit warmer than we are used to coming from Ohio ended up grabbing a fan but all in all very nice house we would stay again .

Disney Trip

Property is in a good location to Disney parks. The home had an old moldy smell inside. Pool was not heated to expectation. Upon arrival we found a door dash from 11/16/2024 at the front door and a half full garbage can limiting our access to dispose of trash. The home needs a ventilation update / clean.

Family visit

We love that the house had a Disney theme throughout. The fenced yard was a plus. It was nice to come back to a quiet neighborhood after spending time at Disney. Chad was extremely helpful and responded to any questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for four!

The house was clean and very spacious. The pool was a delight after a hot day of walking around Universal and Disney. It's so close to Disney we wished the tram could just pick us up and drop us off. The neighbourhood is quiet and very clean. Shopping for any needs is very close by. Super convenient for grabbing anything you may have forgotten. If our next vacation takes us back to Orlando, I think we found where we want to stay!

Wonderful!!

We loved this home. We are already trying to set up a return trip. From the very comfortable bed to the pool, it was great. It is stocked with ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you think you might need. And the icing on the cake, it is located right in the middle of everything. We never had to travel far to get to anything. It was wonderful. We will be coming back soon.

Just What We Needed!

This was exactly what we needed for our trip to FL to enjoy our daughter’s all star cheer team and another team from their gym perform in the D2 Summit! It was kid friendly, clean, had all you need to feel at home away from home. Conveniently located- super close to groceries, restaurants, gas, and most importantly all of the Disney parks & resorts we needed to visit for cheer and fun! We plan on checking her first for future FL visits!

8 min Uber to the parks! No parking fees when you’re at Disney is a plus!! Pool was perfect for our family and the house had plenty of room! Owner was awesome and management company was a breeze to work with. Close to food, shopping, and entertainment. Don’t pass on this fantastic deal. Will stay again!!

House is cozy, and very welcoming, plenty of room. Enjoyed the extra living room Space, is a perfect setting where the pool is. Very easy checking in and checking out. Awesome stay!

My friend and I had a wonderful week-long stay at this awesome home. All kinds of amenities including thick towels and comfortable beds and exceptionally clean. The screened-in pool was a great place to cool off in bath-like crystal clear water and so private with no bugs (except geckos on the outside of the screen- lol!) . I would mention there is a Keurig along with a regular coffee pot and all sorts of kitchen items. It really is a super place to stay- Disney stuff everywhere- and so close to all the attractions and restaurants. Exceptional communication with the rental company and really appreciated their availability. This is the place to stay when visiting Disney and we would gladly vacation here again. 10 stars for sure!

got exactly what we paid for

After an absolutely horrible travel experience getting there, it was nice to see that the house we rented was clean and comfortable. Pool heat worked well, so the water was very enjoyable. The neighborhood was okay but was nice and close to stores and restaurants. You can spend more money on bigger houses with game rooms, bigger pools with hot tubs in nicer neighborhoods, but for the price, his house was great for my wife and I to get out of the cold weather, get outside for a few days and relax in and by the pool.

Comfort and privacy

I loved the lay out of the home. Enjoyed the pool and the media room. Lots of room in this two bedroom. I also like that I asked to stay one extra day and got a quick response even though it was a holiday weekend. We got the extra day with no charge. AWESOME!! Thanks to all Ron & Michele

Family Stay

The property is dated but sufficient for the price. If you have small kids they will love all the Disney paraphernalia but is a little overdone for adults. The property management was AMAZING. We had a few issues and they took care of them the same day. Then they check back with you later to see if everything was taken care of. When they say they want to know if you have any issues they mean it. Most places give a lot of lip service but not these guys.

The property was located about 7 min from Disney Parks. You don’t need to take major highways to get to Disney. The house had a lot of little amenities including strollers (which I didn’t need but thought it was a great thing), beach chairs and umbrella. The pool was the perfect size for a family of 4. Check in was easy and owner easy to reach. I would definitely stay again!
