Parking:

Additional parking is available at the clubhouse on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Please note that buses, RVs, trailers, and boats are prohibited in the community and can't be parked overnight or the tow truck company will tow them.

▪ We provide four parking spots, available on the driveway, plus you will get five passes to park in designated parking spots. We need the full name of up to 5 drivers to be able to park on the street
▪ Street or grass parking is not allowed. Vehicle will be towed
▪ If additional parking is required, there are spaces available near the club house on a first come first serve basis
▪ Make sure you or your guest does not to block in any way the sidewalk nor park on the grass, you will get your vehicle towed. It is illegal by Florida State Law.

Being just minutes away from world-famous theme parks, shopping outlets, and championship golf courses, you'll have endless entertainment options right at your doorstep.

• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.
• You must provide a credit card and a $500.00 hold will be placed on it and returned if no smoking was detected

Additional Services we will be happy to deliver:

✔ Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $55.00/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details. Please notify us at least 3 days in advance if you are planning to use the Pool/Spa Heater to be able to turn it on and have it ready for your arrival.
✔ Your BBQ Grill is $100.00 and a $50.00 cleaning fee if not returned cleaned and will be taken out of the deposit
✔ A "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40.00 (one-time fee)
✔ A Highchair for $25.00 (one-time fee)
✔ A stroller for $15.00 (one time fee)
