Home is located inside a family modular/manufactured home community of 7 units.
Garbage/Waste station is to the right of the Lavender unit - please be sure to lock gate after use and do not park any vehicles in front of it.
Please don`t use countertops as cutting boards. Some cutting boards have been stocked for you in the counter.
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, verification, and a security hold of (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional for things like early check in (when available).
🤫 😴- Quiet hours are 11pm - 7am.
Counters - DO NOT use the counters as a cutting board. cutting boards have been provided for your use
❌- No smoking - if you need to do so, please do it OFF PROPERTY. Do not smoke, vape or use any other `smoking` substance or product on property. If you violate this rule you will be responsible for cost of remediation.
🚭 No Smoking - zero tolerance and $500 remediation charge will be applied. This includes vaping, tobacco, cannabis products etc...
🐕 🐈 Max Pet occupancy= 2. 🚭- Pets/Animal may not exceed 25lbs - ALL PETS MUST be disclosed on the reservation count (like a guest). Unfortunately we cannot accommodate cats.
❌- No events or parties
⛔️- As a courtesy to our neighbors, Please do not loiter on front porch after 11pm. Its a quiet neighborhood and we want to keep our neighbors happy.
📨 - Mail. Please do not send mail or amazon packages to the property. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items due to weather or any other general loss issue
🅿️ Parking for 2 vehicles. Please do not block the neighborhood Dumpster area
📅 - For stays 10+ days we provide a complimentary weekly tidy clean.
🌸 Yard is serviced once per week. Landscapers will need access to front and back yard to cut grass.
Pest Control, Community Maintenance, irrigation, electricians, gardening - we subscribe to regular services so vendors can be seen/observed outside the property monthly to complete their tasks.
