"We were looking for a peaceful getaway and that's exactly what we got! The staff made us feel like family and were always ready to help with whatever we needed. Very dog friendly! Our chocolate lab smokey got all the lovin he could ever want. Also very kid friendly! My boys much like the dog were also quite spoiled. And to top it all off the food was to die for. "This is an older building right downtown, but updated very nicely. The room was very large, with a nice sitting area, an extra bedroom and a kitchen. It was within easy walking distance of everything I needed. I would definitely stay again."

"One of the amazing places my family stayed on our 38 day road trip! The owners were phenomenal. They accommodated our late arrival and made a fabulous hot breakfast. The other reviews of the breakfast were correct - it is amazing! I had biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, orange juice and a muffin. Another guest made waffles. The flavor of the day was red velvet. The owner told my family about a cool overlook, a hot spring and a cool wooden bridge along 12! We visited all three locations. The overlook gave a great view of town and the whole area. I got to interact with a few ravens and song birds on the mountain. The hot spring hike was a nice break out of the car. The spring was very warm and felt good on my achy joints. The hike was about a mile round trip. I would recommend some good anti slip full coverage shoes for the hot springs as it is a little slippery. Wear hiking boots for the hike as some parts of the trail can be slippery and steep. The wooden bridges along 12 were neat to stop at and walk across the river. It was a beautiful day to image the fall colors, river and bridges. My family and I highly recommend staying at Clearwater 12!"

"We were incredibly impressed with our room! It was clean and spacious with tasteful decor and lighting. The king bed was amazing! So comfortable with a down feather bed, pillows, comforter and very high-end sheets. The bathrobes were a classy touch to go with the deep jetted soaker tub. A perfect room for a romantic getaway. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience."
