"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...

"We had an amazing holiday! Antonello was a very good host, pleasant to deal with and very quick to respond or help. The actual property was clean and welcoming and not far from a very nice beach, exactly as on the photos. However, we liked to discover and drove around to find other amazing beaches nearby. "The accomodation was very clean, exactly how it was shown in the pictures. Stefano is a really nice host, if we had any questions he immediatly answered.
