"Despite requesting it twice the housekeeping didn’t refill the toiletries ( no shower gel) during the 3 night stay (or the coffee etc) Floor was not vacuumed in the room. Reception staff were helpful and positive but seems information was not getting to house keeping . Location good and restaurant ..."

"When we arrived, we realized that we could not connect to WIFI and the tv did not work… very disappointing. Reached out by email and text and no repose by owner. Maybe we didn’t read the listing well enough, but there were no supplies included other than bedding…. So no towels toilet paper etc!!we ..."
